In reply to Ada Lai. Hi Ada, I haven't tried it but I don't know why it wouldn't work as long as the chicken thigh texture is similar to ground turkey or beef. If you try it, I'd love to know how it works!

Can these be made in a regular crock pot? If so, do you know how long to cook them? I love that this recipe doesn’t have eggs. It’s hard to find good eggless meatball recipes or even pre-made ones!!!
