Hi Dani,
I'm so glad you've enjoyed this recipe! For the mustard, it depends on your allergens. I tend to buy Grey Poupon in the squeeze bottle which does not contain top 9 allergens and also does not have any precautionary allergen labeling ("may contain..."). Hope that helps!

My family depends on it! We just had a member diagnosed with EoE but she's so little we can't really do the medications they want. So we have no choice but to go allergy free.
